Is the pricing on a yearly or on a monthly basis?
No, neither yearly nor monthly. All plans fees are pay-as-you-use. payments for non-expiring of the services valid at the time of purchase. There are no additional advice costs for prepaid plans. “PAY-AS-USE”

What setup do I need at my residence or office in order to subscribe to service?
You absolutely don’t need anything, except a wireless router, if you are trying to use multiple devices. If it’s a single device, then you don’t even need the router. Our technician will install the wireless device on your roof top and then it will be configured to connect to the internet.
When can I start using my internet service?
Signing up for service from our portal website is a two-step process. You must create your account, then log back into it and pay for your service before it will be active. You can start using the service IMMEDIATELY, if does not installation require and realization of subscription amount, and later we will verification of your KYC documents..
Wireless (WiFi) Signal
For dependable service you need us to install equipment at your location (see availability). Some locations may be near a very strong access point (AP) and may be to obtain roaming service without additional equipment. If you want to sign up for roaming service and do not have equipment installed at your location, check your signal level prior to signing up for an account. Instructions on how to do this are located.
Roaming plans allow you to connect anywhere that you can receive one of our access point with an open SSID starting with Sams Tech Networks WISP. Roaming require each user to log in with a Username and Password each time they go online. They can be used for devices that require direct access (no web browser). Roaming is limited in sometime mb/s plans. We are phasing this out in favor of fixed service.
Broadband Wireless Service
Cable service is limited to a specific location, much like cable or DSL. The SSID will be secure (locked) and start with S.T.N WiFi-. Once you connect a device to that access point and enter the security key you will never have to do it for that device again. There is no further log in required. You need a two-piece installation (indoor and outdoor) for fixed service. All plans are available up to 150mb/s. Can be used with multiple locations connected together as one account.
What is fair usage policy (FUP)?
While the packages have been designed to give unlimited broadband experience to the subscribers, few customers may use excessive amount of the data transfer, causing traffic congestion on the network. In order not to impair the experience of other users, a Fair Usage Policy is applied. The Fair Usage Policy is a mandate as per the TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) regulations. This helps to give the desired internt usage experience to all users, especially since broadband is a shared bandwidth experience and the over usage of a group of customers must not affect the rest of the users..
My internet speed seems to be slower than package?

We always endeavour to provide more than 80% of the promised speed to our customers, but we cannot control the speed and connectivity quality of the countless websites and files available across the internet. What we can control is the speed of connectivity between your computer and our internet gateway, thereby ensuring that you get the maximum possible speed under your subscribed package. Changing Plans or Service Type
A customer may move up to a higher level of service at any point on any plan by paying the pro-rated difference in the cost of plans. A customer may only down-grade to a lower plan on or after the date their existing plan expires.
Changing the type of service to a location (roaming to fixed wifi or cable) may require additional equipment and the change in plans must be done by us. In order to switch your service type you must contact us by using our secure Contact Us form. Once the account is converted you can manage it and renew it online, but the initial setup must be done by us.
